I love Isan food but sometimes it's too spicy for me even as a Thai person. If you ask the Isan people, they'll say that you can't just have fermented fish sauce without the actual fermented fish in it. It's so strong that a lot of Thai people can't even handle it haha

Andy Can you please try learning how to cook Indonesian food? Indonesian food is so incredibly diverse by the region. Especially try cooking Balinese, Lombok, Manado or Padang food as these are some of the spiciest food you will have ever tasted.

There are flowers behind Andy at the start of the video. but idk how dead could those flowers go until someone notices and replaces them. In the back of my mind, I'm kinda expecting those dead flowers to be Brad's experiments.
