Get your hacksaws ready (but not actually -- leave it to the pros, because we challenged Molly Baz to master whole animal butchery. In this episode, she was under the tutelage of her dear friend Lena Diaz, a butcher at the Greene Grape, who showed her the ins and outs (literally) of a pig, from the Boston Butt to the leaf lard. Gema: I love all those cuts! In Spain we have been eaten them for a long time. You can eat every single part of a pig, you didn't do anything with the ears or the snout but the are also very good on the flat grill with garlic and parsley oreja y morro al ajillo. Great video!

It would have been helpful if they would have explained why they don't like chops or tenderloin. Is it because it's tough or dry? There are ways to prepare it so it's neither. How can something with the word tender in it be tough? I don't buy tenderloin because it tends to be more expensive so I have nothing to compare it to.

I stand with Delaney, and that's one of the things I dislike about BA. Whenever opinions on food come up, the chefs are almost all pretentious. Whether it's Molly and her tenderloins, and chicken tenders. Or the kitchen and Penn Station. I get sick of the too-good-for-this attitude.

As much as I like Molly and the general concept of Molly Tries, I really dislike the sections where Molly is sat in the chair giving a run down of what happened. They just feel out of place in a Bon Appetit video and the show would be fine without them.

omg im vegan and watch ba for the entertainment and also some skills still apply to vegan cooking/baking. this one was hard to watch. could never, would never. and if you're squeamish to it, probs shouldn't be eating it lmao

If you're okay with this just imagine doing the same thing to your dog or cat. Pigs, and most farm animals, are equally smart and all worthy of not being killed and cut up given how easy it is to not eat meat.

Does anyone know why they were able to eat the pork even though some parts were still pink? I thought pork was a meat that cant have any pink showing. Does it have to do with it being more quality meat?

Please do something about the audio editing of your videos. The music is really distracting and loud here, as it is in many videos. Also, you have short excerpts of music which don't serve any purpose.

This one girl was outraged that news mentioned butchering a moose, saying it was likening traditional hunting to being as heinous as murder. Lol. I was like butchering is not a bad word, like at all.

I'm laughing so hard watching this video all the roasts all the effort in trying to cut that bone. I know a lot more about cuts and what you can do with them after watching this video xD
