Hi jemma I made your perfect vanilla cupcakes recipe and followed it EXACTLY like the recipe said. My cupcakes still tasted delicious but they domed quite a bit and even when I filled the cupcake cases half-way with batter they still domed up quite a lot. They are also not quite as brown on top as your ( the edges are slightly brown but most of is kind of a pale yellow color. And to top it off, my cupcakes had a sticky/tacky top when they cooled instead of having that crackly top that your cupcakes have. What am I doing wrong? Thank you

Hi Jemma, I made it to London from Los Angeles for the first time and your store was on my bucket list to go to. I was more excited to go to your store than Buckingham Palace or Big Ben. I came in on Friday and purchased some amazing cupcakes. I am just a little sad I missed you. I wanted to thank you for your amazing videos which I love to watch. Needless to say, I finished the cupcakes this morning with my coffee. Amazing Till next time. Mike
