I tried it. The filling is very tasty. I didn't have curry powder so i made my own with tumeric, gram masala, mustard seeds, cumin, ajwain and fennel seeds. And i used ground chicken. Season to your taste.
The dough. You have to let them rest in between all the rolling. At least 15 minutes otherwise it will be tough to roll out. I didnt like the grainy flour and oil layer of the dough. I'll stick to using only the main dough.

Hi everybody, this is very popular snack in south Asia. It's called Samosa. You can its many varieties, it may be having potato, vegetables or minced meat fillings. Just type samosa recipe you will find dozens of its recipes from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. The way you have folded its edges that's for sweet samosas ie called gocha in Pakistan and India.

it always makes me laugh, and this isnt an insult at all to anybody who does it, but i love when a recipe has an ingredient that is eyeballed, like the oil for the pan in this one, and it will say like 1 tbsp oil and in the video theyre putting in like 4 or 5 lol.
