Ingredients
1. Cake
5 pcs (55 g+-) Egg

65g (8 tbsp) Cake flour
Lemon juice
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
2. Cream
60g (4 tbsp) Unsalted butter
2g (1/4 tsp) Sea salt
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
200g (0. 87 cup) Whipping cream
3. Top decoration
Sliced Almond
cake pan size 28x28cm
160C (320F) bake for 25 minutes
Important tips:
1. Whip the egg whites to wet peaks, if whipped too hard the cake will be easy to crack
2. If the room temperature is low, you can put the butter in the microwave oven for about 10-15 seconds
