I love this video. Cheese. France. Brunch. You're right in my wheelhouse here.
One question: do you have a video about that mushroom quiche? Your quiche Lorraine looks delicious, but it's girlish figure reminds me of why there's a book called -Real Men Don't Eat Quiche-. That mushroom number, however, looks like the sort of lusty food that I like to imagine French truck driver's digging into - with a couple of glasses of red wine - to give them strength to get back on the road.

Beautiful cheese plate! Glad to see so many lovely cheeses in Austin. Since I moved from Austin to the Netherlands I have only come across one cheese that really surprised me. It's called Epoisses, and it's so soft it is served in a spoon. I don't know if it's available in the US but if you get a chance try it. Best of luck with your move west and a happy 4th of July: )

I'm a bogan, fancy cheese to me is triple Brie, havarti and ploughmans. I can't abide the smell of most blue or goat cheese. Can't stand the taste.
I'm glad there are so many types of cheese that can make us all happy!

This totally reminded me of an episode of Ricardo and friends, he would go to shops/farms and talk to the people behind the food and at the end have a bunch of people over, also hes french so theres that similarity haha

Ohhhhh man I love cheese. I can't think of anything better than a good cheese and fruit pairing. Maybe foie gras or beef cheeks, but that's it.

Thanks. I had never thought of using my home made jams with the cheeses. Also love all the different types of cheeses to try.
