I have baked potatoes in the oven, in the BBQ, on top of hot charcoal and in the microwave and I don't poke holes in the potatoes any more: poking holes in the potatoes cause the steam to evaporate and the potatoes will be dry and sticking to the roof of your mouth. None of my potatoes has ever exploded. I wonder who started that myth!

Making this tonight! Just a side note, the video says to bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, but your site says 350 degrees. I'm just going to do 375 for safe measure: P
