Hilarious video haha. Definitely hungry for some Choripan. I've been craving this for days now xD. For the moment I'll settle for some Mexican Chorizo tortas with chile rojo haha while I find me some Argentinian Chorizo: P

Excellent! That looks delicious. I agree with you about the communal aspect of the sandwich- forgive me for using the word, but it makes food a little more meaningful! - that might just make it taste better too. :-)

I grew up eating choripanes when I lived in Colombia and imagine my surprise when I learned that it's actually an Argentinian recipe. All this time I thought it was Colombian. Oh well, it's still an awesome recipe!

Here in Argentina we just eat the choripanes in normal bread and of course a lot of chimichurri, and tomatoes. so important. I loved it and tried the recipe it was so good. Para chuparse los dedos! delicioso!

I want to serve this at a party, but with italian sausage, since chorizo is so dang hard to find in Ohio. What do you all serve up with this, besides tons of margaritas?

Looks really delicious! Quick question, for the sauce can I replace olive oil with any other oil? I'm out of olive oil right now but I do have grape seed oil.

We eat this in Chile too! It is very common in every barbecue. We also put a little bit of ketchup and mayo. Deliciosoooo! Viva Chile!
