Thank you so much for sharing this delicious-looking recipe! I've been searching for a granola bar recipe for a while now, and this seems to fit the bill. I need to go to Trader Joe's now. --
Using sesame seeds in a sweet recipe seems weird but actually it didn't surprise me. In South Carolina they have these delicious cookies called benne wafers (benne is another word for sesame seeds)and they add such a nice nuttiness.
