After being laid off from his job at an advertising agency, Wesley Altuna started selling Filipino food over Instagram. His project, called Bawang, exploded, and now he s hand-delivering over 25 orders of beef mechado, pork adobo, sweet chili chicken wings, and deep-fried lechon a day to the city s eager residents. Alex: His restaurant, no one is wearing a mask when he was walking out the door. In a pandemic, wearing a mask or hot wearing a mask will determine wheather I support a business or not. I will not support. Sorry. But not taking precautions during a pandemic and handling food. It's a no-go for me.

He has better hair than me o. o i remember my mom making chicken adobo, she put everything in the pot and just let it boil, and not touch it at all, only when the chicken is completely cooked she switches off the stove and it's done.

Yup, all Filipinos thinks their adobo is the best. The don't touch after putting in the vinegar rule is also in effect in our household, and no one knows the exact reason why as well.
