So, Im a culinary arts person and to each their own, but if I had a piece of meat that was being advertised as Cannabis fed, I wouldnt do anything to the meat except maybe some salt and pepper. Other wise I feel like you would over power the flavor of the Cannabis in the meat. Also, Im sure the flavor of the Cannabis is very subtle, in which I would try to accentuate that flavor. Preferably not by smoking it. Smoke is such a strong flavor, not only in taste but in smell as well. The one guy says it doesnt even taste like pork. But idk. So. IMO I wouldve maybe just fried it up in a pan and stuck it in the oven until medium.

This is interesting, but I don't believe the pigs aren't getting a little buzz from it unless they are only feeding them foliage from really early in the process. You can clearly see trichomes on fan leaves close to harvest. Would it be the same as eating full buds? Probably not, but if they are eating large quantities of foliage at any time near harvest they are getting something. I highly doubt they are being that particular with what leaves they are feeding the pigs. Now, whether the pigs getting high is a bad thing or not, that is another story. If they have receptors similar to humans I'd imagine they enjoy it.

This causes me to remember when I was growing up on our farm. We had a small beef herd which focused more on the breeding side than on the meat to market side. All our grain was grown on our land. All the hay was our own. One thing that we brought in was barley from the local brewery (Labatt's. Once they used it for malting it was waste as far as they were concerned. We bought it from them for a song. Dad would bring in two gravel truck loads (40 cu yards) per month. The cows would almost fight to eat this stuff. It had no alcohol but sure smelled like beer.

Look at yourself. You are mixing a diffrent thing(meat) with cannabis(a herb) one of the plant having spritual and medicinal properties with proper intake. Always remember that there would have very bad effect after having it with pork, cow or any animal. Request you not mix it with cow. Both are related to Lord shiva(Hindusim)

Thats very interesting my family has a ranch in southern Texas with a lot of pecan trees and the Havelina wild pigs there eat a lot of the Pecans. And I can definitely taste it in the meat I guess I thought the cannabis would have had played more of an distinctive flavor role in the meat.

I feel like there is a great opportunity here for the growing weed agriculture industry to work with the animal farmers and have a mutually beneficial relationship that's not only economically friendly but also environmentally friendly as well. Great video guys.

I would think that if the pigs are eating a 25%+- of fresh green plant material, their manure would likely be a fair nitrogen source for the cannabis plants too. keep the cycle going one step further!
