On this episode of Dan Does, host Daniel Geneen visits the Francis Ford Coppola Vineyard in Geyserville, California, which is known for making high quality wines at every price point. When spotting the wine everywhere from supermarkets, to boutique wine shops, and even Michelin-starred restaurants, people across the country know this wine goes beyond its famous founder s name. Chris: Exactly the type of video I was looking for the last couple of days thank you Eater for coming in clutch once again! Would have loved if there were more informations about the different kinds of wines they produce

Wait a sec, isn't Grappa made from grape skins/all the leftovers from winemaking?
Or are those grapes used in Grappa not used first in winemaking?
Seems like they are wasting an opportunity to also make Grappa.

I love Dan's videos so much, I only just started watching him the other day and I love how he manages to toe the line of awkward and likeable: )

the cheaper yellow label chardonnay at 17 isn't terrible. not distinctive in any way so it can be drunk with a variety of foods.
