I don't see what's wrong with this video. It's not like you have to make it, but this tutorial was for funsies and is pretty cool imo. Sure, I won't be making this anytime soon, or ever, for that matter, but it was fun to watch and I actually find the guy entertaining. Obviously he is interesting for some people to watch cuz his series is still going strong. This is no different than the Tipsy Bartender.

Idea is nice, execution is mediocre at best. agar needs to cook at least 30 seconds to bind properly, so what you want to do is use something as an dissolving agent (water, lemonade, dissolve the agar in it, boil it till it binds and add the spirits afterwards. this way you keep both alcohol and aroma and use the agar properly. do your homework, before uploading.

I've used agar agar plenty of times. I just dump the thing into the liquid and mix, then I microwave it to cook it. It doesn't really need to be babied. It's pretty easy to use and it had always set. I'm pretty sure you can condense this entire video into 30 seconds. It's kind of boring, by the way.

Eater please hire better personalities, you dont have to give every college friend of yours who cant get a real job at shot at hosting. Perhaps someone who actually knows about cooking, that would be a start or even a good personality that could also work.

Sorry - I cannot listen to this guy - he is using practically any word specific word wrong. Could you please use your own language, without trying to hard to sound smart?

why not just put the cut triangle piece inside the fruit rollup like that? the whole blender, squeeze bottle bs seems so extra work and so time consuming

Sorry. I like the concept of this idea but I felt like it lacked presentation. Also more enthusiasm! Who doesn't love alcohol and sugar? Lol
