Normally I don't like to criticize people. But Ms. Odell is a terrible host. She simply has no charm or charisma on screen and comes across as pretentious. She may be a lovely person IRL. But as a presenter she simply does not cut it. I hope Eater sees the feedback from the audience and finds a more suitable host.

Two very interesting aspects in this video for me: - Eating nigiri fish side down so the fish hits the tongue and you can taste more fish- Fresh fish. You should really think about where the fish is coming from and how its processed before you care for the freshest fish possible.

I met Elijah way back in 2005 or 2006 Waterloo Records. I just noticed him shuffling through records like me right next to each other. I just stated the obvious and shook his hand. He was so nice to chat with (all five minutes. He kept browsing. I didn't bother him thereafter.

The questions asked could have been a bit more thought out IMO. where you do you get the salt? What about the rice? How about asking how much for your training and passion do you feel in passed unto your dishes? If you could eat one dish before you die what would that be?

Man she just put that chef on the spot saying how fish is never really fresh. He was hesitant to answer that the tuna is probably 2 weeks. I like watching these sushi videos but damn can we get a new host for it so she quit being such a pretentious snob.

My feelings for Elijah wood are hard to explain. It's like platonic love mixed with respect but without the fan girl. Like if I ever meet him I would not go crazy or like cry I would just say that I'm a huge fan of his skill.

Honestly just seems like the host was trying to flex her sushi knowledge, in front of a sushi chef no less. Kind of like when a patient asks their Dr what's wrong but then proceeds to try to outsmart them with internet credz.

This female host is such shit. She acts like she's quizzing the damn chef like she knows everything, then goes on to tell Elijah how fresh the fish is, when the chef is right there to give the correct answer.
