This was the most entertaining Dining on a Dime, by far. I could not stop laughing. until the end when Lucas lost his pants and I was all, Ooohhhh. Wowie! YES! Methinks Lucas should do the next episode with one less article of clothing and he should keep on going until he's as nekkid as that girlfriend donut (although his shirts always crack me up and I'd miss them. but I'm willing to make that sacrifice for the sake of getting Lucas in his birthday suit. Wait, did I just say that out loud? I have no shame. LOL

Hey Lucas, I keep coming back to this episode. Sometimes I just wanna see it. You and Davie have great chemistry! It would be great to see a show where the two of you hang out and go to cool and unusual places. Sort of a b-side to your solo gig on Eater. Yes you guys are that good together! Maybe once or trice/month you guys could hook up and check out some cool joints. Looking forward to the new show. 'Hangin' out with Lucas & Davie'!

King Donuts is open! Police have arrested and sentenced the young man they believe was behind the brutal attack and robbery of Davie and her sisters parents. He is serving 12 years. Davie Hay has started a new career as a corrections officer. ( from what Ive read on google ) The business has new owners and reportedly is doing better than ever.

watching the usual ending and realizing what's with the unusual zoom out---HEY SINCE WHEN DID YOU LOSE YOUR PANTS LUCAS! regarding the grill, same concern with other viewers: is it safe or usual with a grill that black? i'm kinda a believer in that coffee stained mokapot thingie but for meat grill.

I have lived in Seattle my whole life, and when i saw on the news that the owners (her mom and & dad) were robbed and beaten almost to death in their restaurant when they closed maybe a year ago. I wanted to run around with a bat and find whoever did it. I am still pissed about it.

This establishment's business model is pretty ingenious. What better way to entice your laundry machine using customers to stay inside the establishment throughout the washing cycle than to buy and consume some delicious doughnuts and teriyaki in-house? Nice hosting as always!

When I was a kid, I'd spend a lot of time in the laundromat near my home because it was the only place with pinball machines and cool candy bars vending machines around. This place feels like the grown up version of my laundromat memories. Sad I won't get to know it.
