Something doesn't add up between the lobster harvesting and the lobster processing. he's catching like 3-4 lobsters per trap, but processing what looks like hundreds of lobsters per minute? How many boats/traps could they possibly have going? Anyone know how these lobsters are actually commercially harvested? Do they really just do 1 pot at a time, 3-4 lobsters per pot?

I'm from CT and will confirm there is nothing like Maine lobster. We'd drive up in the summers just for the lobster. In CT we have great seafood but nothing compares to Maine on the east coast
