Diversity and Immigration is the only way to move forward. Because you bring in the best and you bring in the people who want to do jobs at all levels. Middle America fails to realize that social strata exist in society for a reason; you need the billionaires/doctors/lawyers/engineers but you also need someone to work at Tim Horton's and Applebees. The person who works at Applebees works harder than a lot of other people and their future generations will then aspire to become more economically independent and climb to the top. Take immigration and diversity away and you have a poorer society; in every way possible.

I know that you can't generalize people by their country of origin. But in my life, 100%, the people of Senegal and Mauritania are just so special to me. I've never had the honor of visiting, but I've had the honor of a lot of friendships originating from Senegal-as well as one of my favorite bosses ever. I'm also surrounded by jewelry, pillows, wall art, coffee carafes, paintings, scarves and even handmade and painted gun holsters that were all gifted to me by my Senegalese friends. Such a special and unique culture. I just can't express eloquently how much I love these people.

Always feels nice to see the success stories of those who came and worked hard and worked their way up to make a better life for themselves and their families. I wish them all the success and will definitely try this when I go to Detroit. Thanks for making this video team. :)

Man I still wish I lived around Detroit sometimes. I used to live in Southfield, but we moved as things started getting bad (jobs. I don't really remember any bad stuff, so all I have when I think of the place is a fond nostalgia despite what I hear it is like now.

Sheldon is an amazing host and the food looks so amazing. Sheldon is so respectful to the people he interviews and you can tell he is truly interested in what they have to say and the food they prepare. Well done, great series.

I go back home to Detroit to visit Christmas and I'm def trying this out. Also good to hear him say alot more Africans are moving to Detroit. They can bring that hard work ethic with them and take care of areas they populate

I live 5 minutes away from this restaurant and BELIEVE ME the food is excellent. I've been here dozens of times and the hosts are so friendly and respectable. Great experience indeed.
