The highest end of asian dumplings / dim sums has requirements that you should ground the meat by knife and take extraordinary care of the consistency of the mince (not too smooth nor too rough. And one should knead the dough by hands as well to feel the moist and the general bounciness. A dumpling/bun shop, that uses machines to mix the dough and to ground the meat, will barely see any customers in Asia. I've not tried this place and I can't assert how it tastes, but in Asia, if you're using machines to do the essential tasks, you can't claim it to be natural.

i've been here several times and i stop by whenever i'm in the area. i love this place. i gotta admit though, i've had better dumplings before. that said, that SAUCE. that sauce is amazing and the dumpling's combination with the sauce is what sets this place apart for me from other places.

I live in Columbus and have tried them twice. Taste OK. But I have to say these are the most overpriced dumplings in the world. 8 tiny dumplings cost you 10. Have to spend 20 to fill my stomach in a grocery store restaurant. Would rather have a ribeye steak.

They have a second location in North Market. While they are on the expensive side, I think they are definitely worth trying and are pretty delicious.
