I've Tried to make one and Failed Big Time. Problem is, we're Poor AF and have No Tools Sadly! What I Made was a Complete Embarrassment, Tried and Failed. Wasted money that I don't have for me and my little boy damn, So Wishing I had Something like this. I also, attempt to make foods from Other lands like you guys. Shockingly, I'm pretty good at it!

I do love Katie! In most shows, she is willing to jump in with both feet. In this particular episode, it seems as though she is looking on and hoping she is NOT going to have to whatever is next. and I completely get that! Oh, yeah. and then there is gator on the cross. Tastes like chicken!

I love meat and all but that shot at 6: 40 made me think a lot about our love for meat, I mean skinning and alligator to then make a bacon suit for it and crucifying it over hot coals lol

Mill Scale makes some really great smokers and the quality is top notch! That gator on the cross reminded me of something from the movie predator for some reason lol

Looks like they use propane tanks? If you need tanks just call AmeriGas Propane. They lose customers like crazy, so they have lots of old tanks on hand!

I gotta say gator is not commonplace for eating here in Austin, sounds definitely like a back-woods Louisiana/Florida or far East Texas thing.
