At first I wasn't sold on these two because they replaced my hero Nick Solares. However, I judged them too soon out of my feelings of solace and anger from losing Nick. They are actually a fantastic pair and create interesting and new content that as a meat lover I find myself really looking forward to watching. Thanks Ben and Brent, sorry I judged you too quickly.

Huh. Um i do my steaks in my wok. No i dont have a badass jet burner and my wok is 15 bucks. But ive seasoned it for 20 years and love it. I do boneless ribeye in it cuz the curved surface can be an issue for bone in. Nonetheless i agree what you get is pretty dang sweet and the crust is beautiful.

The best setup at a house is to do so outdoors. I don't recommend it indoors! The grease and smoke! You can get a propane high BTU wok burner for outdoor kitchens. It must be hot enough to get that perfect wok 'breath'. If it doesn't sound like a jet on afterburners, it's not hot enough. :)

Weirdo
I know a guy who was working a party as a chef and blew it by forgetting to roast enough prime rib so he cut one in half and dropped it into a 350 deep fat fryer. I used to think that this was a disaster but under a controlled fry-up it might just work

I'm so sick of American meat people thinking they know everything. Then get so amazed when something tastes amazing from ancient cultures. Next time throw a little msg on there. It'll make your head explode. Freaking Yanks.

These vids gettin a little outta hand now. What's next can you bake a turkey drumstick that's been cooked in a microwave for 87 seconds on high after a little kid stepped on it, in a Tupperware bowl in a convection oven

i'm chinese and i think wok fried steak is the better cooking method. best is add a little sherry at the end to flame and some soy sauce on top to serve. the mix of meat juices/ sherry and soy sauce is so nice!
