Seems like some of these people could not sustain themselves if their life depended on it, were it not for restaurants and takeout/delivery. I mean, I get that somebody might not know how to prepare an artichoke, or poach an egg, or know some more obscure seafoods and fruits etc, but some of the participants literally do not even know how to juice a lemon, skin and dice potatoes, dice onions, fry an egg, open a bottle of wine, crack a walnut and so on. It's legitimately baffling to me.

Am I the only one cringing? Idk maybe its cause I managed a burrito shop for a couple years. But we always warmed the tortilla first. You don't want hot filling snd cold tortilla. Plus it made it so much easier to roll when it would be super stuffed. And seeing the professional smack the spoon onto the tortilla when adding the refried beans. we actively trained workers NOT to do that. Becayse it can pierce the tortilla and cause it to tear when rolling

Uh. Chef Ramsey didn't pull the burrito back. Meaning that he didn't cover the fillings and pull them all back toward his body to get a nice tight wrapping
