4 Levels of Ramen: Amateur to Food Scientist Epicurious starfishgurl1984: Im slowly working my way from level 1 to level 3 and am currently at about level 2. 5! When Im tired I use store bought noodles, but millet and brown rice ones from lotus foods not the cheap 0. 25 version noodles, otherwise I make my own noodles from scratch, but I have yet to make the level 3 version of broth for myself yet which is the only thing holding me back from achieving that level! I have to say though that Im so addicted to ramen dishes that lately Ive been making them 4-5 times a week for dinner which is kind of a lot but I make everything from a Thai peanut dish to a blackened chicken soup to a noodle pot pie dish of sorts so Im not eating the same exact thing every time at least. Being that its summertime though I probably make the Thai dish the most because the sauce is served cold.

Not going to lie I was starting to doze off before I clicked on the video so by the time I opened my eyes I was looking at the scientist at the clipboard in the first few seconds and said is it time for the comments already

Well, I usually eat instant ramen for breakfast. Highly recommend it. Great way to start the day!

It feels like when this was filmed and edited someone did it to fast. Not enough care for the design of this video. it was just thrown together way to fast.

Why is everyone always using meat in those videos? Would be nice if you could show that theres also a cruelty free version of meals
