Interesting. not sure I agree with his findings. I d much rather chop an onion with a knife and save the cleanup. Chopping 2 onions shouldn t take more than a minute. Your cleanup with that device is going to be longer than that.
Also, I haven t found a method to dry lettuce quicker than the spinner.

I owned that salad spinner (kids broke the outer bowl. I had the same issues with it that he pointed out - wobbly and hard to store.
Not planning on buying another as a replacement. Would like to see more gadgets he DOES recommend.
