Learn how to make Grandma's Peanut Butter Fudge recipe There is nothing quite like a batch of old-fashioned peanut butter fudge, freshly made by your Grandma. Which is why I really wish my Grandma would have made some. Oh well, its never too late to have a happier childhood. Kat Breece: I cannot find the recipe under either website. It doesnt go directly to it, and a search for Peanut Butter Fudge or even Grandma's, pulls up nothing. What is the exact title please? I don't why it's not coming up in search. My mom used to make this for us as kids. I've made it in the past too but have lost the recipe and dont recall the exact ingredient portions. Thank you

Thank you for this. living in Italy makes finding things (or making) like sweetened condensed milk difficult/impossible. I look for Christmas sweet recipes that dont call for modern manufactured food (powdered sugar is just ground sugar, which is easy to do at home. Wonder if cane sugar powdered, would also work. My son will love this

Meanwhile my grandma only eats tamales that she buys from this guy in a corner and ham andwiches. the only time she eats something different is when Mom and I take her something we make. She hates cooking for herself and grandpa but oh lawd if the cats don't eat chicken or cat food she riots.

That thing where everybody's supposed to bring SOME thing. You know those things. This thing is perfect for those. So funny. I'll make this for that Christmas thing someone always has, and I'll be sure to let them know, it's grandma's recipe, but somebody else's grandma, not mine.

Please, Chef, don't restrict this to 'only' organic, hipster, peanut butter. Grandma (and me) have made this with commercial peanut butter for decades. It's the only fudge I will eat/make because it's so easy. This is not a difficult recipe, people. Please try it

Paula Dean makes a version very much like this with American Cheese melted into it, too. It's good, although it sounds strange. I make her recipe and put a layer of a dark chocolate topping on it, not brittle or runny. I also will put broken up walnuts in it.

As an avid Chef John follower I literally shouted to my husband, Guess who has a recipe for peanutbutter fudge? as I was walking into my bathroom. Then I realized that was maybe not the best thing to shout at that time. Sorry, Chef John. We still love you

I wonder if there are any recipes similar to this for pistachio fudge. I've tried making a few different recipes that use pistachio pudding mix and the fudge always turns out too loose and slimy for my liking. I prefer the texture of this type of fudge.

I want to add chocolate to this recipe (reese's are my favorite candy) at what point in the recipe would you recommend incorporating chocolate and what adjustments would I have to make? Or should I just treat it like fondue and dip it in chocolate?

I think it would be a delicious idea to separate the batter into two portions, spread the first layer, strategically add blueberries laid in a grid, then add the second layer. Though, you'd have to know exactly where those berries are before cutting.
