Learn how to make Spring Lamb Sliders Arlyn Lichthardt: Good timing, chef I bought the front quarter of an Irish lamb about a month ago -- I guess Spring came early in County Cork. (Maybe not -- it was a little tough -- last year's Spring lamb) Because it was just for my wife and myself, I boned the shoulder and tied the butterfly so I had a roast. I sliced a couple of pieces from the thick end, but left enough to give your recipe a shot. I wonder how it will taste without the bone(s.

Hey chef john, considering you have that freakishly small estonian spoon, maybe you should try making an estonian dish? Which, yes I know means basically german/scandinavian/russian style dishes, but we do make great use of black rye bread here. For example you will struggle to find something more savoury and delicious than a black rye breaded pork roast.

PLEASE tell me youre gonna show us how to make those buns. somebodys gonna die if you dont show me how to make those buns. and by somebody i mean me, probably by a broken heart (or internal bleeding, because i just ate a handful of broken glass - i thought they were pop rocks, dont judge)

i spent most of the gorgeous end-of-video tasting shots agonizing over what that radish thing was. then you FINALLY read my mind and said it. then i went back and watched those shots again, this time fully appreciating how mouth-watering this slider looks. damn im hungry now

He makes skimming fat from dishes look so easy, in his other vids. Having him say it's easier when they solidify, as he did here, felt rude. Shame Shame Aside from the mild rudeness, it is refreshing to see made a non-bbq pulled pork pulled meat sandwich. As always, enjoyed

Did this one for our Easter lamb meal this year, turned out great with the shoulder. For me, the three hours didn't quite get it loose enough to easy pull, but it was pretty close. Otherwise the meat was as good as the Imperial Fez in Atlanta. Awesome job chef.

I dont know i tried cooking leg of lamb again after my friend smoked a leg on bbq and that beefy taste is good until. You feel like you inhaled a petting zoo at the local fair grounds. Not my thing. Tried it twice, ill stick to beef

I am addicted to these videos. They are amazing. But I have to ask, where the hell is this guy from? You just don't know how he'll end each sentence, is he confused? Is he asking a question? Is he stoned? Will he be excited?

This looks delicious Though, pulling meat apart when it's warm is so much easier than when it's cold. When it's warm its pliable and loose. Meat falls off the bone when warm, right? Meat gets hard when it's cold.

Love it I've done a lamb slider very similar to this, but I put a slab of feta cheese and some homemade spiced red cabbage slaw in there as well. Comes out super tasty. Thank you for another great recipe Chef.
