Learn how to make a homemade Sports Drink recipe draalnexa: 1) chef John is awesome, the voice and speaking style is awesome, Chanel is awesome2) that being said, I do have a bit of a problem with this video. Can you really classify this as a sports drink? It's a nice looking drink sure, but the fact that we're eyeballing the ingredients here may have something to do with the rehydration properties which depend on the dry matter content.

I just cannot watch your content, sorry dude. How you talk is just kinda weird. How I would describe it would be like always talking in a reverse-question. Like a question starts normal, dips in volume, and then an inflection at the end. You, on the other hand, start out normal, immediately go into an inflection, and then dip way back down at the end.

Man i gotta tell ya. I really enjoy your videos. A skill in the kitchen. But i swear. Too the gods. In allllll. The heavens. You pause so much. I think the video. Is buffering. Whenever im just trying to listen. While trying out your recipes. Which are all so awesome. Keep up the good work.

This video is 3 years old. Those of you just finding this in your recommendations and commenting about the inflections of his voice can leave. He's obviously found success with his followers and his videos, and hasn't changed one bit since his first videos. Your comments are useless.

Take 1 cup of water, add an entire shaker of cayenne to it. ENJOY Also, why is everyone breaking my man's balls about the way he speaks? This dude has been making these videos for a long ass time and it's his trademark. He's being upbeat and friendly, so suck a dick.

Just a reminder to the audience, if you use plastic bottle for this, make sure they're BPA free. :) You shouldn't continue to reuse BPA-containing plastic bottles because it can leach into your water or drink and can be really bad for you, so instead, just recycle those. :)

you are adding a little teaspoon of this a pinch of that but have you done any research on how much you're supposed to take of any of the stuff you are adding because if you have too much you might have problems if you don't add enough well it's not doing anything for you

Pink Himalaya salt proved to be unhealthy. Its not from the himalaya, and as an added bonus to the minerals it also contained alarming amounts of radiation. And man-made minerals that you are not supposed to consume.

Actually there is not much difference between white sugar and honeyEven though its less sweet. The difference is so little it wont make a difference and the nutrient difference are also low that it wont make a differnece
