Of course you were kidding about that little amount of parsley in the Manicotti filling making detox possible in the presence of all those animal products (cheese and eggs. Love the crepe aspect though. I'd try it with buckwheat to make it gluten free and replace the egg. I like the tamale pie recipe at the end. There seems to be a lot of potential by making the filling a vegetable base and the topping with chia seed gel instead of eggs with a little flavored olive oil instead of the cheese to make it a tasty vegan dish.

Asian inspired turkey summer roll or fried in rice papers, Turkey curries (Japanese or Indian, Turkey ramen, Turkey fried rice, Turkey with Chinese broccoli stirfried, Turkey bibimbap, Turkey n kimchi teokbokki etc etc.

Rather than roasting a whole bird and doing something with the leftovers, I break down the bird and make a different dish with each of the parts. No dry leftover meat.
