Love this. I made one of these (whipped cream filling) in about 25 minutes once. It bakes in a few minutes if you use a 15 pan or rimmed cookie sheet. So good and so easy(I didn't have time to make the meringues though ) This looks great.

Panettone is easier if you don t use traditional methods. Not the same end product, but still tasty. Just kind of bugs me that he dismisses the majority of bakers who explain what a complicated process it is.
