Hey Chief John, How about making some recipes using aquafaba instead of eggs. I just found out about Aquafaba. It is whipped chickpea/garbonzo bean water. It whips like eggs. Doesn't have much taste so you could flavor it. It is vegan. You can use it to add air to recipes and binding to recipes instead of eggs. It would be great during war rationing times, if they had known about it, since they only got one egg a week or something.

I have a food wish. Can you make a series where you teach some cooking basics? It can be from knife skills to what spices are used. I personally would like to know more about creating a roux and about browning meat and making sure it ends up cooked fully through. And I would also like to learn about emulsification. Regardless I really enjoy your videos, and also the quick jokes you sneak it make it that much better.

I wish, I wish, I wish. To watching Food Wishes make pizza using mushrooms with carrots as toppings. I want to know how carrot as toppings works, I may a good topping by beside mushrooms. Seen people using carrots as a sauce, that is not what I want to see. I wish, I wish, I wish. . There needs to bee a carrot emoji.

Dude, your recipes are great but the cadence you use when you talk is so artificial and annoying that I have to turn the sound off. I know this is your lecture voice because when you arent instructing its perfectly normal, why cant you just talk like that all the time?

Great dip recipe. If you could just leave out the personal opinions (you know, innuendos) on the Patriots, that would be appreciated. Jealousy always rears it's ugly head even in the best of people.

I just made this, and substituted canned crab meat instead of the clams, and it was great I had some crab in the fridge I needed to use up, and thats just me cookin. :-. Thanks Chef John

It's just three syllables: Wooss-Tuh-Sheer or Wooss-Tuh-Shuh (no weird half-hidden syllables to try to pronounce) Though here in the UK we just call it Wooss-Tuh Sauce anyway.
