That owner is jerk for automatically blaming Gordon Ramsey for all the stress thats happening and accusing him of making the chef faint. Gordon did the right thing by making sure the guy was ok before talking some sense into the owner. Hes such an amazing guy and the owner doesnt seem to get the message that hes over working the chef and probably killing him with stress
