Democratize that workplace. Throw out the owner, turn it into a workers co-op. The people who work gets to keep the profit, instead of a boss who doesnt work at all. All of the workers would be collectively happy to manage the paperwork/bureaucracy that keeps the co-op running in return for the full work autonomy and the share of the profit they get.
