He says it is raw in the center and she says do you like the flavor of it. LOL. So the owner cheated their own chef on the food bill needed to buy the food for the restaurant. Nice. The dessert is not even theirs and they charge 74 for that piece of small cake. His excuse for the texts makes no difference. The chef gets screwed in his pay check. The owner could careless about shitty pay for the workers just based off his body language alone and words. Dead beat boss, I hope that guy quit.

this guy probably got brutally bullied and isolated and he turned twisted at some point. Hes smart enough to run a business and make as much profit for himself. No matter how slimy it is. Hes probably got a nice bank account even though his business is in the gutter.

One thing i like about the chef is that hes not denying anything. Hes simply admitting that his dishes were terrible and he knows that its mostly the fault of the owner. You can tell hes a honest guy.

charge people 74 for something you didnt even cook yourself which probably costs 10-15 in reality, then its been cut in half so the owner can get more profit.
