You know. this episode has to be the first episode where the owners actually care about their establishment. Its not because of their selfishness, its the financial debts. If their finances were never dropped, I bet this hotel never needed Chef Ramsey. This has to be one of the most relieving episodes for Ramsey cuz the owners were never in denial but more honest and open. Other Hotel Hell episodes were because of owners that were in denial. This one is just due to a car accident, which is not their fault.

This couple out of all the people Ive ever seen on the show deserved help the most. If you watch the whole episode the husband worked in the hotel business for years. High up i the business to not just a front desk person or something. So buying a hotel wasnt a spur of the moment decision. They also ran the hotel pretty well for a long time. then something out of there control happened. They really just needed someone to help them get back on there feet.

Gordon is actually one of the souls that became successful and has a heart to make people good food and to help those who are suffering in the industry. Hes a good bloke. He may be passionate about it. A bit too much to get mad but thats just because he wants the best for everyone who aspires to be in the food and bev/ hotel/lodge biz.

Unlike other hotels in this show these people werent failing because of their ignorance and selfishness but because of the struggles they had to trying to run the place and even after all that they work hard and push on and its good to see how Gordon sees that and wants to help.

Dam i bet gordon really felt bad after finding that out but it wasnt his fault he was just being himself but thats a sign that maybe mentally and personally u have to realize when a change is needed and/or mandatory for the better and the rest of ur whole life

A lot of people live a life that is far worse. At least they have a roof that doesnt leak at least they can wash their clothes at where they live. At least their pipes arent leaking. i envy them. Funnily enough.

See? He helps them with friendly support and no yelling, because they actually wanted to improve. Its one thing to be unable to handle all the work, its a different thing to shit on a carpet and not clean it up for years.

This was one of my favorite episodes becuase she wasnt obnoxious and boasting about her hotel, she understood that she needed help and tries her hardest to keep the hotel afloat on her own. She deserves me respect
