In the end, this episode was somewhat sad. The problem was only (apart from lack of experience on hotel management like everyone else) a lady with a hoarding problem. Gordon was good enough to spot it and see that she gets help. Mental illness is often both subtle and invading.

This lady and hotel has to be the worst one ive ever seen. Wouldnt stay there if they paid me 1000 a night. She is so disgusting aswell. I honestly believe i would come out of there with some type of disease.

Its very inconvenient to ME when we have guests renting this room and I cant get to my clothes That woman is nuts. Its inconvenient for HER to have guests rent the room that SHE keeps HER clothes in.

She should stop running a hotel and start being a hermit. It would be best for everyone, including her. She is not of this world, and you can tell she is uncomfortable in it, so to hell with it.
