The one thing that I cant seem to comprehend the reasoning behind is boiling a burger. Surely, leaving out burgers to defrost a day in advance is way more suitable, and even more tolerated than boiling one. Its just. so illogical to boil one, rather than let them sit for a day and defrost.

i think my favourite things about gordons shows is that he gets very passionate about people being paid, there was an episode where the waitresses didnt get their tips, the manager took them, and he went OFF.

I work at a hotel and if my GM said they dont have to work here and my pay check was late I would leave right away. I wouldnt even put my 2 weeks in. I would be looking for a new job asap
