Being Mexican I can say you wouldnt find something like this in Mexico and yet it does make sense as all the ingredients above are generally used in Mexican meals and I will definitely say this is just another way of him showing how to reinvent a style of cooking and possibly making better. Ill be making this tonight

i respect gordon immensely but it bothers me too much when people leave the shit in shrimp. i know it looks nice but crunching down on sandy plankton after its been digested is not fun and its where the toxins tend to remain the longest. gross man.
