You DONT need to cover Merguez OR Fontina in salt like that. Merguez is already heavily seasoned with salt and spices, and the nutty flavour of Fontina would be obliterated by too much salt. Ramsay needs to get his palate sorted, its out of whack.

So disappointed with ramsay. You should never stuff a croissant, its flavour should stand for itself and it should never be used as a sandwich bread smh.
