sorry for being your typical uninformed america, but why are they using such old cars? surely it must be more expensive in the long run? sourcing parts, worse gas mileage, etc. am I wrong, or are these just to appeal to tourists?

wow ramsay sloppy cooks when hes helping others learn how to cook. his shep pie would never be made like that. he would fry the mince first give it color then add everything else in. he even has a video of him doing it.

Am I wrong in thinking this is quite watery? Please explain. I usually add some potato water and a bit of roux so that it holds some shape even when hot from the oven
