These chocolate cookies are a delight for any chocoholic. What can you say more: Chocolate, chocolate and again chocolate. These are the main ingredients of these cookies. Is that easy. Ingredients: Makes about 2 dozen cookies 4 ounces (120 g) bittersweet chocolate 1/2 cup (1 stick-110g) butter 2 large eggs 1 1/4 cup (250g) granulated sugar 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (60g) unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp (3g)salt 1/2 tsp (2g) baking soda 1 1/2 cups (8 ounces-240g) chocolate chunks or chocolate chips Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 325 F (165 C. In a medium bowl combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside. 2. Melt the butter and 4 ounces of bittersweet chocolate together over low heat or bain marie. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. 3. Combine the eggs and sugar and beat at medium speed with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined. 4. Add the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips or chocolate chunks. 5. Drop 1-1/2 tablespoon portions 2-inches apart onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Bake for no longer than 13 minutes they should be slightly underbaked so the interior stays chewy and soft. Remove the whole sheet of parchment to a cooling rack and cool until just warm and set. This is the 6th time I've made these cookies, and they've turned out amazing every time Everyone in my family loves them. They're not hard. I'm an inexperienced baker, and these were very easy for me. I give them a 10/10. These cookies don't disappoint. They are chocolaty and rich, and taste like a chocolate chip cookie/brownie hybrid. Love them, and will continue making them for as long as I live

And yaaaaay I made brownies lol my son helped and ended up putting the mix close together in the baking tray. Forgot that his timer on his phone doesnt make a sound, kinda a slight disaster but it came out nice. While baking it all became one lol Lovely taste to it so win win in the end with added ice cream: )

hiii have tried this recipe on a couple of occasions n it comes out great. only problem is the batter gets really dry after I fold in the flour n the chocolate. can't figure out the reason for tat. The only thing i have done is reduce the sugar to around 220 gms instead of 250 gms? Is tat the reason my batter gets dry?

I made this recipe yesterday. It is so good. I made them with the semi sweet baking chocolate bar from Target(113g) and semi sweet chocolate chips from nestle. I was able to make 2 1/2 dozen cookies with this recipe. I love them. I absolutely will make this again. Thank you for the recipe.

I already tried this recipe and it taste so heavenly good. but why when i baked for third tray the cookies have no more wrinkle. is it the dough dried when it takes too long at room temperature.

This tastes almost exactly like my favourite brownies recipe by Byron Talbott But I reduced the sugar like 100gr less because I'm using semi sweet chocolate, so I don't want it to be too sweet.
