First of all Kalonji is not Black cumin its called Nigella seeds. Those naans don't even look like naans being a Pakistani/Indian I know that she did not do justice to this recipe. They are not likely to be burnt. In angrezon ko koi bataye k agar nahi banani aati ek cheez to na banao lekin humari traditions ka mazaq na banao. The only thing I liked was the music. That's it.

It is so nice of you to show us an Indian recipe, which I bet many Indians also do not know how to prepare I Ioved the music too: ) Also, I noticed how when you kneaded the dough, your bowl was clean with no traces of flour on it. In India, this means that you're a great homemaker: P Because you don't waste flour. Hats off You guys are super cool

Fun to watch people bickering about, 'my country', 'my food'. Personally there is nothing better than a nutritious, grainy 'Paysan' loaf. This looks uncooked, sticking to the walls of my intestines. Tandoori naan is far better n they do not add fresh yeast just soda, salt n sugar n voila.

For all of you who are saying that this naan doesn't look good or isn't naan, she probably is using a different recipe and it looks amazing. she isn't Indian or Pakistani to make it according to their way. so please be supportive thank you

its not correct way of roasting naan. I'm Indian n thus flat bread/naan is from India. ask in nearest Indian restaurant if u have how naan s roasted without tandoor.

You Could have used the 'Sarattu Vandiyila' Karaoke as a Background music it would be great for a Indian Recipe Well, Can I know what is this music? I mean the name?
