When coating with powdered sugar at the end, if you don't want to use so much sugar for dietary, too-sweet or I-don't-have-that-much-powdered-sugar reasons, you can easily make it go further by mixing with corn starch. I do it all the time, it tastes different but it's not worse, it's just less offensively sweet

Just tried the snowball cookies. As I love pecan I couldn't resist. So the taste is delicous but it is soooo greasy. I'll try to put less butter next time, do you think it's a biiiig mistake? I adore your videos, I'm a big fan, many thanks: )

These videos would be far more useful if actual instructions were available. The subtitles go by too fast. Takes forever to back the video up to catch everything. Music is too vibrant. How about a little narration?

the music on here reminds me of Harry Potter. excellent choice, kept me on the video xD i usually end up turning vids like this off bc its straight torture. but this was so gloriously holiday-y

Hi So ready to make these for christmas but would like to ask how fast the speed should be for making these cookies? It says 3-5 mins but im not sure if the speed should be low med or hi?

snow ball cookies, are made in Greece -Turkey and we call them kourampiedes. It's the most classic Christmas cookies with melomakarona, but in kourabiedes we don't put chocolate in there
