Hi, Lovely clip. Kids will love it. We (Sri Lankans) make fish cutlets by the same method but the ingredients are different. When coating it we dip the balls in a flour batter (similar to pancake batter but not sweetened) Then we dip them in bread crumbs. I ll try this & leave u a comment.
