As someone who has flipped a cake as a whole and on to one layer I know the anticipation so I always am interested when you get to that part of decorating the cake. Also, there is only one question I have wondered about your cakes (and buttercream and fondant, and that is: how do you dye them red and black so the colouring doesn't ruin them?

Hi Yolanda, your cake looked incredible! Cookies and cream is the best! (I can't put enough emojis it's looks so delicious, but my parent would probably never let me eat that lol) Just a suggestion, if you get cake strips, that will prevent caramelization and will give you flat layers.

The Insane Asylum part is so funny because when I am describing my baking creations to my family, and I am so excited over little weird things, they just have the most weirded out looks on their faces, and this is probably what they are thinking of lol.

If you love cookies and cream and you love chocolate and peanut butter, try oreos with a little bit of peanut butter on them. Discovered it when I was pregnant and it is still my favorite way to eat regular oreos.
