It's amazing how much you can learn from not only others mistakes but also from other baking techniques! I mean I have watched HTCI for years and only now just released that Yolanda kneads her fondant like you do bread dough.
Am I the only one who took this long? Also the Maths, again is it just me not liking the subject so ignoring it, or is Yolanda using a lot of Maths?
