depends on geo. I'm in Thailand and the same tomatoes in this video can cost up to 20 USD per kilo (or more, yes, there's local ones that cheaper but the taste is very different (sourly. I think he's in Japan, I'm not sure if its the same story

I made this meatballs earlier this week with my 2 years old daughter and she really liked them. She was adorable in her apron smashing crackers and breaking egg. We had mashed potato and a lovely cream sauce instead of spagetti and tomato sauce.

That's an armature's mistake; Never, ever put salt while mixing the meat. It will release all of it's water moisture out. Sprinkle the salt on the outer layer of the meat after forming it into balls and after it has been refrigerated.

He came off a little awkward at first but this video was really fun: ) Getting kids cooking is a great way to help a family bond and enjoy themselves. I remember doing it with my family when I was young.

The recipe isn't so important here; it's getting kids involved with cooking. I'm sure they aren't fussed that the recipe isn't 100% authentic. There are plenty of other recipes available on FoodTube that are.

How old are they? I know Oscar is about 10. When did you feel it's the right time to teach them cutting with a sharp knife like this? Parents always seem to be super scared of this task.

Because kid's bodies need less salt than a adult's, so the parmesan which was put over the pasta at the end is enough salt for the meal, though it would taste better with a bit of salt.

I grew up with the idea of buying fresh veggies to save money. But of course, every country is different: ) Processed food shouldn't be more expensive than fresh u. u

As much as I love mixing meat by hand, I hate the feel of my hand being frozen by the meat. No matter how long I leave the meat out, it's so painful to mix by hand.
