Naturally the USA has to have a different measuring system than the rest of the world. What are the dough measurements in USA terms? I can figure out the sauce but wouldnt dare on the dough. Can someone help me please? Would love to make this!

I saw this tribute to mr. Antonio Carluccio, I had to do these dishes, and all at once! What a great time I had! Made me remember the time I spent in Italy putting my nose in the kitchen of many people. thank you mr. Jamie and Mr. Carluccio!

i get why this could be a thing, but really? this guy was dissing a carbonara recipe that uses cream as a basis for not being the 'real', 'true' version, and then he makes an effin 'fried pizza'? give me a break dude.

Fried pizza is not a thing. Blasphemy. Sellouts. Also. on the other hand. it's just food. But still. This is as much a cooking show as much my farts are a perfume.

'Cooking for someone else, and sharing food with someone else, is an act of love. This I learnt for a very long time. ' Such an inspiration, rest in peace Antonio.

Personally I'd put that under a grill for a few minutes to melt it around a bit, I don't really like mozzarella in that state - but I'll give it a go.

That's pretty much what, in Naples, it's called montanara. Although he should bake that in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the mozzarella
