Just deep fry them drain on paper towels then season and I like to dip in the chilli cause it'makes the nachos mushy after five minutes also put little throw away bowl out because I HATE the triple dippers slobbering on there nachos and right back in the salsa and dips tuck.

No, no, no! You don't used baked tortilla chips, you use fried-in-hot-oil tortilla chips. And what's with the effort of making your own chips anyway? Just go down to the local Mexican supermarket and get a big quality bag of their tortilla chips!

Hey dj bbq! Loving the recipe! Got a totally off topic question for you. How do you reheat pulled pork? I made so much theres loads left for the next few days but how do you keep it from being dry when reheating?

In Chile, the Pico de Rado is called 'Pebre' (but usually is made with white onions and chilli sauce) and goes en every traditional meal; and before the main dish, they give you a little bowl and some bread to eat with.

thought those veggies they were cutting up was to garnish the nachos with, but instead they use it as a sauce without the sauce and they don't even use it.

Nice way to Represent! Not a bad variation of tradition at all. Keep Cooking, even though you're probably rooting for the Patriots. Blessings ChefMike
