I love this, is real and simple. She is awkwardly cute and clumsy but still makes beautiful food. I get that the long videos are not for everyone but this is what truly happens. I loved the video Jaime did with FunForLois with this same style, of course Jaime is much more comfortable cooking in fron of a camera and can fill in the awkward silence and the screw ups with his charm and witty comments. This is the internet, it belongs to all of us. Don t like it, move on. Too slow, speed it up, this world is your kingdom

love to see her make jokes not corny and she has lots of mess in the kitchen she is soo so normal that she doesn't care about the mess because after the video she will just clean it up wash the things and remove the stains, and she gives very super usefull information that will help you if you want to do this. and when she breaks or messes something up she finds another way to use it so you should watch her do those she edits really cool and i love her mistakes #amazingraizacosta

Great looking cake! Even away from your beautiful and well appointed home you can still cook a wonderful looking cake. I really enjoyed seeing you decorate the cake and I agree with you when you said the cake is not in a safe place. I think moving that knife block off the counter would have given you a lot more room to work. The set in really not that well designed for a big time production company but your style and talent shine through as always.

This was really fun! I wouldn't necessarily watch a real time video of everyone baking a cake, but it was perfect with you because you make everything entertaining and feel very informal/comfortable while still being professional. That cake looks super good. and knowing how relatively few ingredients were in it makes it seem like it would taste even better than normal! (Because without all the additions it would really let the natural taste shine)

It being in real-time is nice! It makes me feel like I'm baking with her or I'm attending a baking class. The pacing helps with giving me enough time to actually take in her advice and figure out how I can apply it to my daily cooking. I also think seeing it like this make it feel less daunting to try and I can judge the level of difficulty for myself. It might help if she isn't alone, although another person might make it longer since it's uncut.

I feel like if I were to ever be on his show I'd spend 30 min cooking something like this to have a total fail in the end. Lmao. Have you ever done that? Accidentally left the oven at 450 instead of 300? Or realized too late that you used the wrong kind of ingredient? Oh lord. I can only imagine. Lol. I do love dulce though. I've been following her for a while and I love her rustic yet cutesy style. Love!

More real-time cooking like this please Food Tube. No music, simple cooking videos with professionals in real-time (cut out the baking/cooking time if there's nothing to do obviously) The less editing the better. I like to watch the whole process and feel like I'm there going along with the chef, the other short videos you guys make (which is nearly all of your videos) always feel like adverts.

Thanks Jamie Oliver for having Dulce Delight's Raiza Costa in his kitchen. She's so passionate about cooking that she's contagious. She's incredibly creative and gives such great advice. She decided to try a live show on Meercat with Al Roker recently, and that was fantastic too. Raiza gives practical instruction and is fun to watch, even if you decide not to make the recipe.

Is the written recipe posted somewhere? I've been looking for an alternative to buttercream icing and want to try this recipe, but watching the video as I cook would be awkward and I'm sure that if I were to try to write it myself from watching the video, I'd leave something out. Help please! :) Also, would a lemon puree work or would the acidity of the juice mess up icing?
