It was unfortunate during the pasta creation portion of the session that Gennaro's fingers obstructed how he was pinching (or folding) the pasta. I have been tempted to start making my own pasta. I will look for a decent pasta machine and give it a go.

Gennaro, you're the best, you make the pastas exactly like my grand mother used to do, she was from Napoli. I'm really addicted to Italian food. Thank you so much for reminding me her cooking. ;)

Simply superb. but (there's always a but). a camera on Gennaro's hands when he was folding different types of pasta would have been a real help, all I saw was his back! Keep up the good work
