Traditional pancake recipes use eggs making them a no go for vegans but Tim s delicious version means they can be enjoyed by everyone. Not only are these savoury wholemeal pancakes bursting with fruity sweetness they re a great source of Omega 3 as well. Top with a dairy free yogurt and a dash of maple syrup and you have a really great start to the day

Hi Tim, thanks so much for the recipe - you're an inspiration: -) I made these pancakes this morning but tweaked the ingredients slightly. I used raspberries instead of blueberries (worked a treat) and used ground chia seeds instead of flaxseeds. It tasted delicious! I also added eggs (which really helped to bind the mixture together) and sprinkled on a sparing amount of diced bacon. Thanks again for uploading the video and keep up the great work: -)

A sincere THANK YOU for the light work from Australia. I made these pancakes with my little nephew and niece who come from meat eating family. They absolutely loved it and we had a lot of fun making it! Come and visit Australia one day. There is a big ascension here moving with the new energy as well hence revolution in diet and outlook. Is he by any chance single and looking for a long distance relationship with a vegan and freerun (beginner thou. ? Seriously, I am in love. A handsome guy, who is vegan, likes pancakes, knows how to make them and with sick freerun/parkour skills? Where do I sign up. Sorry for OT comment but come on, wow. :-O

Every time I try and make these, my pancakes never flip right. The blueberries seem to tear the middle of the pancake, and it's so difficult to flip! What am I doing wrong? I make sure the oil gets hot in the pan and make sure the underside is cooked before flipping. Too many blueberries? Pancake too big?

Guys who cares about how much fruit people eat, seriously. He is healthy! From a vegan's perspective, I believe Mcdonalds is far more detrimental to health than 30 servings of fruit yet I never call people out for eating it, especially if they are happy and healthy with how they are!

Thanks for the videos, you're doing a great job man. I got convinced because of your blogs and videos to (try) become a vegan myself, probably like many others. Would be nice if you could show how to make some vegan substitutes for things like cheese and mayo. Cheers from Amsterdam!

I follow Tim for several years, and I do not know why, there is something very awkward and weird about him. I follow Ed the Earthling, Joey Carbstrong, and many more vegan activists and youtubers, but Tim is just weird. Weirder thing is I cant say why. He is just an odd dude.

Yay! I love the Vegan recipes and Tim is such an awesome chef. This one looks amazing. I can't understand why people think if you go vegan you're gonna miss out on something with food, its all still delicious and cruelty free. :D

All you vegans may feel better about yourselves for being vegan. But all your non animal foods still result in the hundreds of thousands of deaths of insects and rodents that are killed so they are kept away from your precious plants.

Just made them and they are really delicious. But instead using flaxseed I used Chia Seeds. Also I used regular oil and not coconut oil. A little bit peanut butter and jam on top and then it's perfect
